ABOUT DALE'S AUCTIONEERING

Established in 1983, Dale Flokstra attended the Mason City College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. One week later Dale conducted his first Public Auction – and Dale’s Auctioneering Service LLC has only been growing since.

His purpose and goal is to put our clients first and to please the customer. This also holds true for the entire staff of DALES’ AUCTIONEERING SERVICE LLC. Dale is pleased to have 7 dependable employees that work side by side with him. The staff is very dedicated to their work in assisting wherever needed. One reason for the success of the business – people caring for others!

In the Fall of 1992, the first annual Farm Consignment Auction was held. We followed this with another in the Spring. This too has grown to having over 200 consignors bringing in their equipment from all over the state of Michigan. The auction has approximately 1200 lots to be sold. To make this happen, an additional 20 staff people are hired, with 3 auction rings going. Buyers and sellers come from Michigan, Indiana, & Ohio. It is a highlight to many satisfied farmers who return year after year.

DALES’ AUCTIONEERING SERVICE LLC also conducts auctions on a regular basis in our “Auction Barn” at 5075 Russcher Road, Holland, MI 49423.     Many come out for a time of buying and selling in the comfort of a warm barn with that “country setting” atmosphere in addition to plenty of good seating. We also have a handicapped accessible restroom, fans to keep you cool in the summer, and is heated in the winter. Auctions can also be conducted on site at the customer’s location.
